On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
My photos aren't uploading. What do I do?

First, check your internet connection. TradieCheck works offline β photos are queued and uploaded when you reconnect. If you're online and still having issues, try refreshing the app or logging out and back in. If the problem continues, contact support with your device type and browser version.
How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app, go to Settings β Billing β Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Can I export my data before closing my account?

Yes. You can download PDF reports for any job from within the app. For a full data export, contact support and we'll prepare a data package for you within 5 business days.
How do I add my logo to reports?

Branding is available on the Business plan. Go to Settings β Branding β tap "Logo" and upload your image. PNG or JPG files work best. Changes take effect on the next report you generate.
My client says they didn't receive the report link.

Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. Alternatively, copy the report link from the job screen and send it directly via text or WhatsApp. The report link never expires and can be shared multiple times.
